Joanna Jesson
Chairman
Joanna Jesson jointly chairs Directors Forum 9 and Academy Group 42 with Phil Jesson. She also co-runs management consultancy Business Pulse, which specialises in coaching, leadership, teambuilding and culture change. She is an excellent coach and facilitator and has had extensive training in NLP, Voice Dialogue and other coaching techniques. She is well qualified to help people increase their confidence, self-esteem and commitment to achieve fulfilment and life goals. Joanna's early career was spent at Marks and Spencer in a number of retail management roles. Still only 24, she was made responsible for a team of 700 people. She project-managed M&S' introduction of instant credit and later went on to become head of management training and development, where she introduced the concept of coaching and mentoring at a time where it was described as "very cutting edge".
