Kate Atkin is known as an inspirational speaker, expert facilitator and author with extensive experience; supportive and motivating with energy, drive, and passion.
In her speaking and training Kate inspires change, instils self-belief and encourages confidence. She uses her own experiences as a manager and from life, bringing the theory alive.
Some of those Kate has worked with include: Boots the Chemists, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, The Royal Society of Chemistry, DBA Group and the NHS.
Previously an International Manager with Barclays Bank plc, and subsequently a trainer for their Small Business Team, as well as a director of the family farming business, Kate has been running Aspire 2 for the last 10 years and has a breadth of knowledge and experience.
In the field of personal development some focus on competence, some on commitment. Kate is a speaker who focuses on the underlying core issue of confidence. With a highly interactive style, she incorporates right-brain alternative methodology and left-brain research into practical, hands-on tools for you to take away to enable you to improve your personal and business performance.
