With over 30 years' experience of 'hands-on' change management and leadership, Anne's expertise in people-issues in organisations underpins her reputation as a dynamic, motivating and warmly entertaining presenter on change, leadership and related topics including the effective management of emotion at work.

Anne has worked globally with organisations as diverse as airlines, agribusiness, finance, defence and aerospace systems, multi-beverage, health, legal and property development. Her corporate clients include Qantas, Raytheon, Simplot, Fosters, Challenger and others. In addition Anne has worked extensively with Commonwealth and state governments and other non-government organisations. Anne's Clearing The Mindfield® and The Almond Effect® approaches to personal and organizational transformation draw on the newly developing field of applied neuroscience to unlock the mysteries of why people behave in the way they do.

Using solid research, proven strategies and basic neuroscientific understanding, Anne Riches emphasises the fundamental importance of the human side of people at work. She provides key people in organisations from CEO to the frontline with tools to strengthen their skills in change management and leadership. During the last 10 years, she has been interviewed and quoted in international press on these topics.

Anne Riches is the managing director of The Riches Group Pty Ltd (TRG) established in 1996. TRG specializes in planning and implementing the people side of organisational change by providing stimulating, informative and proven tools and approaches. She is also in demand as a facilitator because of the exceptional results she helps participants achieve at off-sites, forums and strategic planning sessions. Anne's experience comes not only from working with her extensive client base but also from a rich and diverse range of previous roles including her early legal life at the Bar! Anne is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Training & Development and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

For the calibre of her contribution as a speaker, the National Speakers Association of Australia has awarded Anne Certified Speaking Professional status, the only internationally recognised speaking accreditation. Anne holds two degrees with honours in law, and two postgraduate qualifications, including one in change management.
