Psychologist and Internet Consultant Graham Jones has been a professional speaker for over 20 years. He has helped business of all kinds increase their revenue, particularly by helping them improve their communications with customers.
He has run workshops, training courses and acted in a consultancy basis, in addition to speaking at conferences and seminars.
In recent years, he has taken a particular interest in the psychology of the Internet. He is the author of 12 books about the Internet. He has also written a further 16 business books and is an award-winning writer.
Graham is a Fellow of the Professional Speakers Association and is Past President of the Association's London Chapter. He is also a member of the National Speakers Association of the USA. Graham is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Psychological Science. He is also a Member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and the Chartered Institute of Journalists.
In 2004, Graham decided to see if he could use his skills to sell his knowledge online. He set up a new service and within a day made his first profitable sales. He now sells several ebooks and other information products, providing a valuable second income stream.
In addition to his speaking career, Graham is a successful writer and works as a lecturer in psychology at the Open University.
He is married to Cathy, a bank manager and has one son, Elliot, born in 1999. The family lives in Aldermaston, near Reading.
